FREIGHT TAKE ON BARNSTORMERS IN WEEK SEVEN MATCHUP
Fishers looks to extend win streak against Barnstormers in Iowa
DES MOINES- The Fishers Freight will head to Iowa to take on the Barnstormers for their second road game in a row. 4-1 on the season, the Freight will look to extend their winning streak to four games on Saturday against a struggling Iowa team.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time these two teams met was on April 11, 2026 when the Barnstormers visited Fishers and fell 63-33 in Week 5. The Freight had a dominant game as they hosted Iowa, scoring three deuces, a safety, a pick six, and more, proving the versatility of the Fishers core and their ability to score from anywhere.
SCOUTING REPORT
The Barnstormers come into this game with a 0-4 record. They are the only team remaining in the Eastern Conference without a win, while the NAZ Wranglers and San Antonio Gunslingers are at the bottom of the Western Conference standings with 0-4 and 0-3 records respectively. Iowa has only faced in-conference opponents so far, making a playoff push already difficult for them.
